Design of a New-Build family home

This newly built single-family home by the architects at Fonaments, in collaboration with Portic Mobles near the Nautical club of Sa Rapita, we have carefully curated every detail to create a warm and harmonious living space.

A standout element of the design is the stone-clad staircase, which brings texture and elegance to the space. The open-plan living and dining areas flow seamlessly, fostering a cozy yet airy atmosphere that makes every part of the home feel inviting and harmonious.
