Project of Integral Renovation in the Old Town

This space has been transformed through a complete renovation in collaboration with the architectural studio Abitare Mallorca. Together, we created a unique design, highlighting the preservation of the high ceilings and an open layout. The walls are decorated with classic moldings, adding elegance and character to the space. The marble countertop and herringbone parquet floor bring a touch of sophistication, while the floor to ceiling doors maximize the brightness of the room. The black matte rear cabinets in the kitchen harmonize perfectly with the doors and the restored shutters lacquered in black matte.

The master bedroom features a bathtub that seamlessly integrates into the open bathroom space, creating a fluid and modern atmosphere.
